The Hill: General: '100 percent confident' in North Korea missile defense
The military official in charge of the command that defends the United States from missile threats says she's “100 percent confident” in her ability to protect the country from a North Korean ballistic missile attack, while also calling for more improvements to U.S. missile defense.
“I want to assure this committee today that I am confident that I can defend the United States,” Gen. Lori Robinson told the Senate Armed Services Committee on Thursday.
“While I’m confident that we can defeat this threat today, it is critical that we continue to improve the ballistic missile defense enterprise, with emphasis on the development of improved sensor networks combined with interceptor capability and capacity in reliability.”
Robinson noted that budget predictability is key to being able to continue to protect the nation.

She is general 4 stars, you are not. Failures of our system is "one on one" and, because you are more competent, you also know that in real case we are shooting more than one missile.
That's true it is difficult to be 100% sure. Still, we have more than one layer and NoKo missiles are pretty primitive, that's helping a little bit.
Don't we have lasers powerful enough to take down missiles? Why are we still leaning on interceptor missiles? A laser wouldn't miss.

You are right because you are 12 star general. In fact nobody knows, but, frankly, thinking that NoKo is more technologically advanced than US is a little bit disturbing, if not surrealist.

Common guys stop putting your head in the sand. This is not about her being a chick or how many stars she has. If anyone says 100% after failed and failed tests this is bordering on misleading
